Like most kids I adored to climb trees. Later, at the age of 16, my friends took me to a climbing gym where I rediscovered the joys of moving in three dimensions. Meeting a great and welcoming crowd of climbers they acquainted me with everything from alpine sport climbing to bouldering. The latter describes a style of climbing emphasizing power, strength, and dynamics undertaken without a rope and normally limited to very short climbs so falls will not result in serious injury. Over the years I was drawn to bouldering more and more. After having visited fantastic and well-developed bouldering areas, mainly located in Switzerland and in France, my moving to Norway also made me discover the adventurous aspect of developing new spots besides climbing some of the most perfect rock. Thanks to Elis, Ronny, Tore, Lukas, Garry and Andi for taking pictures of me climbing.
